Do I need to own a computer to enrol?
No. All equipment is provided in the classroom. Of course you are welcome to bring your own device if you prefer to practise on equipment you will use at home.
What age groups do you cater for?
All our courses are designed for adults aged 55 and over, though anyone is welcome to join regardless of age. Our instructors specialise in teaching older adults.
How large are the classes?
A maximum of 6 students per class, ensuring you receive plenty of personal attention from the instructor and feel comfortable asking questions.
What if I miss a session?
We offer a catch-up session at no extra cost for each missed class, subject to availability. We will record key content so you can review it at your own pace.
Are certificates issued on completion?
Yes! Every graduate receives a beautiful printed Certificate of Completion to mark their achievement. Many students display these with pride.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer a flexible two-instalment payment plan for all courses at no extra cost. Simply ask when you contact us to enrol.
Is there a minimum computer knowledge required?
Absolutely not. Beginner Basics requires zero prior experience — we literally start from turning on the computer. All courses are designed for people starting fresh.
